Search for the address, select it and fill in the form. You score the landlord and the condition of the home from 0 to 10, describe the good and the bad, and publish. No account needed.
Yes. You can publish under any display name and we never show your email address. We only use it to verify the review and to reach you if we need to.
Yes, as long as you describe your real experience truthfully. Honest opinions about a service are protected speech. Insults, other people's personal data and false statements of fact are not.
Yes. When you publish you receive a claim code. Keep it: with that code we can change or remove your review at any time — just email [email protected].
Nothing. Reading and writing reviews is free for tenants, and no account is required.
Yes. Email [email protected] from an address we can verify and we will publish your reply next to the review. We also review any content you believe to be false or defamatory.
Claim it in writing first, recording the date and the amount. If there is no response, in Spain you can go to your region's consumer office, and in The Netherlands to the Huurcommissie. Leave a review on Pinacasa too — it warns the next tenant.
